ONYX OPAL Store – Shipping Policy
All products available at onyxopal.shop are shipped both nationally and internationally and are EXCLUSIVE and UNIQUE pieces from OUR STORE. From the moment your order is placed, our processing and packaging time takes 1 to 5 business days. After that, delivery takes 10 to 20 business days on average (after the product is shipped), depending on your location. Shipment is carried out within up to 10 business days after payment confirmation in our system.
We guarantee a tracking code so customers can monitor the delivery progress of their order.
Attention: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays, strikes, holidays, high carrier demand periods, or other situations beyond our control.
Our store guarantees delivery of your order. We are responsible for issuing a full refund for products that are lost or misplaced during the shipping process. All products are shipped with insurance against loss and include free online tracking. Your delivery is 100% guaranteed.

“If the product is delayed and not delivered within 50 business days from the shipping date, the full amount paid will be refunded 100%.”
1.3. Order Tracking
A tracking code will always be provided so customers can monitor delivery progress. onyxopal.shop is committed to guiding customers on how to track their products. The tracking code will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available to onyxopal.shop.
The tracking code is typically provided 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.
Tracking information may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on the carrier’s website after the code is issued.
2. General Conditions (Important)
2.1. Address Accuracy
onyxopal.shop will ship products to the address provided by the customer. To avoid delivery issues, please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.
2.2. Recipient Unavailable
Please make sure someone will be available at the delivery address to receive the package. Postal services typically make three delivery attempts. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be taken to the nearest postal agency.
In this case, the recipient must pick up the package at the postal agency within 7 calendar days. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to the sender according to postal regulations. A new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
All details regarding delivery attempts, as well as the address of the postal agency where the package must be collected, will be available through the tracking system using the tracking code provided by the store.
2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
onyxopal.shop is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer at checkout. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned to the sender according to postal regulations, and no additional delivery attempts will be made to that address.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund. A new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
