Where we deliver

We currently deliver to Ireland.

Delivery cost

Free delivery on orders over €55. Below €55, standard delivery is €4.90.

How long it takes

Every product page shows its estimated delivery time before you buy. Most pieces arrive within 7–14 business days of your order; a few take up to 18 business days. Business days don’t include weekends or public holidays.

Where your order ships from

Our pieces ship directly from our partner suppliers’ warehouses. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels, on different days.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. It can take a few days for the first update to appear.

Customs and taxes

The price you pay at checkout is the full price, and there should be nothing to pay on delivery. If you’re ever asked to pay a customs or import charge, email us the receipt and we’ll refund it in full.

Delays and lost parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days of your order, or tracking shows it’s been lost, email us. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.

Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we’ll help you get it resent, but a new delivery cost may apply.
