Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Email us at contact@onyxopal.shop with your order number and we’ll reply with the return address and instructions. Then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Please contact us before sending anything: returns sent without our instructions can’t be traced and may be lost.

Condition

Please send items back unworn, unwashed and with their tags attached. You can try a piece on as you would in a shop; if it shows more use than that, we may reduce your refund to reflect it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

If something arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery, at no extra cost to you. In most cases, you won’t need to send it back.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of you telling us you’re returning an item, to your original payment method. We may wait until we receive the item, or proof that you’ve sent it, before refunding. Your refund includes the original standard delivery cost.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the size or colour you’d like.

Cancelling before it ships

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Your rights

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
